Terms of service

SECTION 1 - QUOTATIONS AND ORDERS All quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue due to fluctuations in raw material costs (Aluminum, Steel, etc.). Orders are confirmed only after drawing approval and payment. Any changes to the drawings after production starts will incur additional costs.

SECTION 2 - TECHNICAL STANDARDS & TOLERANCES Unless otherwise specified in writing, all parts are machined according to ISO 2768-m (Medium) standards. If your project requires higher precision, it must be explicitly marked on the 2D drawings provided to us.

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY (NDA) We respect your design. All drawings and CAD files provided by the client remain the exclusive property of the client. We will not share, sell, or use your designs for any purpose other than manufacturing your order. We are happy to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

SECTION 4 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We are responsible for machining the parts according to the approved drawings. We are not responsible for the functional design or the final application of the part. The client is responsible for testing the parts for their specific use case.

SECTION 5 - MATERIAL CERTIFICATION We use high-quality materials from verified suppliers. Material Certifications (MTRs) or Certificates of Conformance (CoC) can be provided upon request at the time of order placement.
