Shipping policy

Production Lead Time: CNC machining is a precise process. Our standard lead times are:

  • Prototypes/Small Batches: 5–10 business days.
  • Mass Production: 10–30 business days (depending on complexity and volume). The lead time starts from the date of final drawing approval and payment.

Shipping Methods: We partner with reliable international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure your precision parts arrive safely.

  • Express Shipping: 5–7 business days.
  • Standard Freight: 7–15 business days.

Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their local government.

Packaging: All parts are individually wrapped (e.g., vacuum sealed or bubble wrapped) and packed in reinforced crates/boxes to prevent scratches or deformation during transit.
